Over the course of 20 years in coaching, Benji has led Huntington Beach to two National High School Invitational Championships, been named the 2022 Cal-Hi Sports State Coach of the Year, won the 2022 CIF Southern California DI regional championship, won the 2017 Boras Baseball Classic and has coached six HB players in the top four rounds of the MLB draft.

Benji explains how he has built his values, overcome challenges early in his career and kept his players focused even when they're on the national stage.
